The poster for a film is almost as important as the film itself in the eyes of the audience for it can either captivate or turn away potential viewers before the film is even finished. Because of its importance to the potential success of a film, it’s not uncommon for a film to have several poster designs (sometimes even hundreds) as the filmmakers and/or studio search for that “one” captivating image/poster that will generate interest and bring audiences to their particular film.
